We are searching for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly. This role requires someone who is organized, professional, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently. You’ll be assisting with everything from scheduling meetings to preparing reports, ensuring the team stays on track and focused.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage team schedules, ensuring meetings and appointments are planned effectively.
  • Communication Handling: Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, providing prompt responses and routing information to the appropriate departments.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and format reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Office Organization: Maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring all records are updated and easily accessible.
  • Event Support: Assist with organizing meetings, conferences, and team-building activities, handling logistics and attendee coordination.
  • Data Entry: Input data into company systems with high accuracy, ensuring all information is up to date.
  • Supply Management: Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Team Support: Provide general administrative assistance to different departments as required.
Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in office administration are a plus).
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is beneficial but not required.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Excellent multitasking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to work under pressure and find effective solutions to issues as they arise.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
